For a handful of summer weeks, Ulfsunda Slott's usual white-tablecloth dining gives way to open-air grilling in the castle courtyard.
Why Go? This isn't a barbecue - it's a château-style summer dinner in a historic castle courtyard, a setting you won't find anywhere else in Stockholm.
The Vibe: Unhurried and grown-up. Dinner blurs into wine, then dessert, then one last glass that never quite ends up being the last.
Good to Know… Available Tuesday–Saturday, 17:00 – 21:00, from 29 June to 9 August - outdoor seating only. Reservations recommended.

Why Go? Built on floating pontoons beneath Liljeholmsbron, this Caribbean-inspired marina embodies Södermalm at its most laid-back.
The Vibe: Plastic palms, reggae, Caribbean beers, and a lively, unpretentious crowd. Open since 1975, yet surprisingly Gen Z-compatible.
Good to Know… More of a place to drink than a place to eat. No reservations, so get there early on sunny days.
Weekend Game Plan
Thursday is date night. Rosendals Trädgård: you, a candle, 400 tomato plants judging your relationship - or wine in the Ulfsunda Slott courtyard, either way the crowd's too grown-up to check their phones.
Friday starts at Norra Hammarbyhamnen, where dozens of trucks battle for the Swedish Street Food Championship title. The Late Night Fashion Flea Market at Trädgården comes next, with racks of "vintage" priced like the seller went to business school. If you don't find anything, just order a drink and stay put.
Saturday's the Thai Festival in Kungsträdgården, where skipping the ayahuasca retreat is easy since "Thai spicy" gets you to ego death faster. Recover by the water after: Loopen for plastic palms and reggae, Strandhäxan for real sand and a slower crowd.
